Team Hurt by Accident Picks up Sponsor
Bradenton, Fla…Well-known personal injury and accident attorneys Czaia & Gallagher are pleased to announce that they have inked an associate sponsorship agreement with Roaring Toyz of Sarasota, Fla. to sponsor their TeamHurtByAccident.com for the remainder of the 2009 AMA Pro Road Racing Series.
“We are definitely pleased to have Roaring Toyz on board,” says team owner C.J. Czaia. “Our association with president Robert Fisher goes back a long time. Not only are we good friends, but we have raced together for a number of years. He is a strong competitor and an excellent businessman. Since its inception Roaring Toyz has carved an enviable reputation in the world of custom sportbikes and sportbike components. Fisher is known not just for his pioneering and innovation, but also for his outstanding design ability, attention to detail and firm commitment to be the best. His business savvy and aggressive, up-beat marketing fit right in with our racing program and his association with our team is extremely beneficial to us.
Fielding three bikes in this year’s AMA SunTrust MOTO-ST Series; one in the GT-1 class and two in GT-2, TeamHurtByAccident.com, formerly RightsForBikers.com, is looking to take this year’s championship.
“We have been involved with this series since it’s inception in 2006,” continues Czaia. “In fact, the very first event was the 8 Hours At Daytona and Robert Fisher was part of our team. He and his teammate certainly did us proud taking top honors in their class. This year, we are looking for the title.”
“I am very pleased to be part of Czaia & Gallagher’ TeamHurtByAccident.com,” says Fisher. “They are a top team, extremely professional and dedicated to winning. In short, our association is a good fit and one that I am sure will be extremely beneficial to both of us.”
Headquartered in Bradenton, Fla., with offices in many Florida cities, Czaia & Gallagher P.A. is one of the larger personal injury and accident law firms in the state of Florida. Extremely involved in community activities, they are dedicated to supporting numerous causes including the March of Dimes Bikers for Babies, Family Health Centers, Herocare, Healthy Start and AFCAAM to name just a few. In addition, they are strong supporters of Biker Nights held around the state. Utilizing both their racing program and appearances at Biker Nights one of Czaia & Gallagher’s goals is to educate Florida motorcycle riders of their rights.
